Refund Policy for Training Courses by Applied Laboratory Services
At Stokes Environmental Associates, Ltd (“SEA”) and Applied Laboratory Services (“ALS”), we strive to provide the highest quality training courses through Applied Laboratory Services. To ensure a smooth experience, we have established the following return policy for all training courses:
Payment Terms:
- Payment Deadline: Payment for all training courses must be received before or on the day of the class.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payment in the form of cash, check, and all major credit / debit cards.
- Last-Minute Registrations: If you register within 2 days of the scheduled class, you must bring the payment with you unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
- Training Certificates: A training certificate will not be issued until full payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation Notice: To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your registration at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
- Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the class, a cancellation fee equal to half the cost of the class will be charged.
