Our lab is open from Monday – Friday during 8:00 AM (ET) to 4:30 PM (ET).

We’re located at 3301 Colley Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23508. Conveniently nestled in the heart of Norfolk, our office is easy to find. Whether you’re visiting for environmental consulting, laboratory testing, or industrial hygiene services, we’re here from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We specialize in environmental consulting, industrial hygiene, and laboratory testing. Our services include environmental site assessments, indoor air quality evaluations, asbestos and lead inspections, mold analysis, wetlands assessments, and more.

We hold various licenses including DPOR Class A Contractor, Mold & Asbestos Analytical Laboratory License, and OSHA-certified training courses. Our individual employees hold a long list of certifications, licenses, and accreditations as well.

Our lab is accredited by AIHA-LAP, LLC (Lab ID: LAP-102666) and NVLAP (Lab Code: 200515-0) for asbestos fiber analysis and environmental microbiology.

Our asbestos and lead services are accredited by the Board for Asbestos, Lead, and Home Inspectors.

Our extensive certifications ensure that we meet the highest standards for environmental consulting and industrial hygiene. This guarantees accurate assessments, reliable laboratory results, and comprehensive training, providing our clients with confidence in the quality and safety of our services.

Training Opportunities

We provide OSHA/EPA certified training courses in asbestos and lead abatement, industrial hygiene, and safety inspections. We offer both refresher and initial courses. Our training schedule and details can be found on our website.

Training is held in the training room at 3301 Colley Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23508. Parking is available in the back of the building or along 31st Street.

All classes begin promptly at 8:00 AM the morning of the day they are scheduled on, except for the Asbestos Management Planner Refresher course, which begins at 1:00pm, following the Asbestos Inspector Refresher on the same day.

The training schedule is subject to changes: Classes may be subject to cancellation and/or rescheduling. We will do everything possible to ensure a class remains on the schedule.

Registration may be done online or via phone or email. The training schedule and course registration form can be found on our website.

Payment for all classes must be received before or on the day of class unless other arrangements are pre-approved.

Payment may be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card. A 3% processing fee is applied to all credit card payments. A training certificate will not be issued until payment is received.

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class to avoid a cancellation fee equal to half the cost of the class.

All classes can be scheduled as needed. A minimum of 3-5 people must be registered for the class to proceed.

Lab Policies & Procedures

Our lab is open from Monday – Friday during 8:00 AM (ET) to 4:30 PM (ET).

Samples may be dropped off in person at our office, 3301 Colley Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23508, or in our drop box on the front of our building.

Samples may be mailed to our office location as well.

All samples must be accompanied by a completed COC.

No. We do take walk-in sample collections. You may fill out a COC in the lobby during your sample drop off.

You may select your desired turnaround time on the Chain of Custody (COC) form that you submit along with your sample. Turnaround times may depend on the kind of sample and how close to the end of the day they are dropped off.

Turnaround times include immediate (3 hour), same day, 1 day, 2 day, or 3-5 days.

Our lab is open for analysis from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday – Friday.
