The 8-hour HAZWOPER Refresher course satisfies OSHA’s requirement for eight hours of annual HAZWOPER refresher training. This training is designed for workers and managers at uncontrolled hazardous waste operations who previously completed 40- or 24-hour HAZWOPER training.

The goal of refresher training is to ensure workers stay competent and up to date on safety practices related to operations involving hazardous substances.

All classes begin promptly at 8 am, with the exception of the Asbestos Management Planner Refresher. The Asbestos Management Refresher begins at 1pm, following the Asbestos Inspector Refresher on the same day. The training schedule is subject to change. Classes are subject to cancellation and/or rescheduling. We will do everything possible to ensure a class remains on the schedule. Registration may be done via phone or email.

Most classes can be scheduled as needed. In order to add a class to the schedule, a minimum of 5 people must be registered before the class can proceed. For questions regarding additional class dates that are not on the published schedule, please contact Joyce. We will make every effort to accommodate additional classes as needed. Classes may also be transported to your facility for larger groups. A separate proposal will be provided for training costs.

Payment for all classes must be received before or on the day of class. Payment may be made in the form of cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard. If you have scheduled within 2 days of the class, payment must be brought with the student unless other arrangements have been provided. A training certificate will not be issued until payment is received. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class to avoid a cancellation fee of half the cost of the class.
